Our Plan
Are you also fed up with saying the word “when” in your life? When the kids grow up or when I pay off the mortgage? Do you need more out of life too? We do! And that’s why we decided to sell all our stuff and get our first boat to sail around the globe. The plan is simple: we buy a boat to move into and become full-time sailors.
Our adventure will then begin in the Mediterranean, which we will sail thoroughly to get acquainted with our new sailboat and gather the necessary experience. Then the wind blows us through Gibraltar to the Portuguese coast, from where we pass the Channel to Denmark and Norway. From there we will travel to cold Iceland, where we will see volcanoes and geysers, and if the wind is favourable, we will also visit the Faroe Islands, from which it is only a short distance to Scotland. Here we salute the Loch Ness Monster and head south, towards the Canary Islands, where our great and adventurous round-the-world voyage shall begin.

We’ll sail across the Atlantic Ocean to the Caribbean, where we’ll stay awhile, explore adjacent islands, and prepare for a long voyage across the Pacific. After passing through the Panama Canal, we’ll head to greet the Galapagos tortoises, and then follow the footsteps of Captain Cook to the Marquesas, Tahiti, the Societal, or Cook Islands. Next, we explore the islands of Tonga, Bora Bora, Fiji and Norfolk. Then, New Zealand awaits us as well as the coral coastline of Australia, from where we’ll go on to Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Sri Lanka. From the Maldives, we’ll head for the Chagos Islands, and visit the lemurs of Madagascar.
Then we set our course for Cape Town and St. Helen, until we finally make it back to Europe.
Of course, the route depends on the weather and other circumstances, and the itinerary may change a little over time.
Who wouldn’t be tempted to watch the sunset every evening from the deck of a sailboat dancing on the waves, or wake up every day in a new place? To get to know each new country we visit a little more, we plan to stick around for a while in every place worth seeing. And in order to afford to pay not only for marinas, we need soulmates and adventurers to sail with us. So we offer, for a specific donation or sponsorship, a place on our boat where you can take a spectacular vacation and travel the world.
You will also be able to follow our journey through a series of videos on our Youtube channel. From every country we visit, you’ll see a travel vlog with a window into the lives of locals and their customs. We won’t forget a number of tips on where to go. You can learn a lot about the destination, the local culture, but also yacht advice and recommendations. And who knows, you might find this lifestyle appealing to you ;-).
Last but not least, you can follow our adventures through photos on Instagram, and after our journey is over, we plan to publish a book that will be accompanied by drawings from our travels. We also plan to make a short film about the lifestyle of full-time yachtsmen.

About our plan for companies
In the case of a contribution from a company in the form of a sponsorship, we offer a marketing space, a social media promotion, a logo on the boat or sail, and of course the possibility of being on our boat directly and having a great holiday for you and your employees, or friends.
Anticipated budget
The boat, preparation of it, project, basic equipment, fuel, ocean cruise equipment, servicing, repairs, video technology, meals for team members, necessary insurance, customs and other charges, etc. The calculation of our at least five-year round-the-world voyage depending on the number of stops made is a minimum of 5 million CZK. Sailing around the world com is a non-profit project. All revenues go to its implementation.
Our idea of realising the project budget is:
40% – own resources
(if we borrow a lot, sell all our assets and put down our savings)
40% – Partners and sponsors
20% -Supporters and temporary crew through Kickstarter, Starovač, Patreon
